Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Dubai and Sharjah, 1 to 2 working days. The rest of the UAE, 2 to 3 working days. GCC countries, 3 to 6 working days. Orders placed after 16:00, on a Friday or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE on orders over AED 200. Below that a flat AED 20 applies. GCC shipping is quoted at checkout by destination and weight.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, inside the UAE. Cash on delivery is not available for GCC or international orders.
Do you ship outside the Gulf?
Not through the website yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and your list and we will quote you directly.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by SMS and email when the order leaves us. If it has been more than 48 hours with no link, send us your order number on WhatsApp.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Every box ships in our own packaging with no invoice and no price inside. Add the recipient’s address at checkout and leave a note in the order comments if you want a card included.

Is your oud real?
Yes, and we can show our work. We buy the wood, distil it and grade it ourselves in Dubai. Every bottle carries a batch number that traces back to the distillation it came from. Send us that number on WhatsApp and we will tell you the origin and the age of the wood.
What is the difference between dehn al oud and oud muattar?
Dehn al oud is the pure distilled oil, worn on the skin. Oud muattar is agarwood chips cured in oil blends, burned on charcoal in a burner. One you wear, one you burn.
Which oud should I start with?
If you have never burned oud, start with dukhoon. It is softer, easier to light and more forgiving than raw chips. If you want something to wear, start with a 3 ml dehn al oud rather than a large bottle.
How long does the scent last?
A good dehn al oud holds 8 to 12 hours on skin and considerably longer on fabric. Spray perfumes hold 5 to 8 hours. Burned muattar scents a room for several hours and clothing for a day or more.
Why do the same grades change price?
Agarwood is a natural material and its cost moves with origin, age and resin content. We re-price by batch rather than carrying an old price on new wood.
How should I store oud?
Closed, upright, below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Oud oil improves with age if it is stored properly. It does not spoil, but heat and light will flatten it.
Returns and support
Can I return a perfume?
Sealed and unopened, yes, within 7 days of delivery. Once a fragrance has been opened, sprayed or burned we cannot take it back, for hygiene reasons.
My order arrived damaged.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost, including the return pickup.

Yes. Warsan 1, Warehouse 1, International City, Dubai, and a location in the Sultanate of Oman. Call ahead on +971 56 900 3006 if you are coming for a specific grade so we can have it ready.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, across the GCC, and we are looking for distributors in Europe and North America. Write to us with your market and your volume.
